A fun and engaging workshop organised by Basingstoke Counselling Service, run by Diane Hardiman of Warsash Counselling.

In the morning we looked at dreams, their history, theories of dream interpretation and dreams as sources of inspiration.  We also looked into ‘sleep hygiene’, what it is and how it affects us day-to-day.

In the afternoon, we explored each others dreams using the theories learned in the morning and the workshop drew to a close with questions, answers and feedback.
