Supervision – A Reflective Journey was a one day workshop for HACP run by Diane Hardiman and Richard Cove.

This interactive experiential workshop was designed to help make best use of supervisory encounters.

The normative, formative and restorative work of Inskipp & Proctor was drawn upon and also the well known ‘Seven Eyed Model’ which we extended to Eleven Eyes!  Participants shared best and worst experiences in supervision and energetic discussion of ethics and practice followed.
