A half day dreams workshop full of Aha! moments, thought provoking and ‘mind blowing’.

Diane Hardiman of Warsash Counselling took participants on a journey of personal discovery.  We had a whistle stop tour looking at dreams, their history, their interpretation and dreams as sources of inspiration.

We also looked into ‘sleep hygiene’, what it is and how it affects us day-to-day.

Using the theories visited earlier in the morning, the participants explored each others dreams and the workshop drew to a close with questions, answers and feedback.
